The problem

Cross-border trade runs on information nobody has checked.

Wasitra puts intelligence, evidence, matching and deal handling in one system, so an opportunity can be followed from the first signal to a result.

  • Procurement information is scattered across portals, languages and markets.
  • Buyers and suppliers are hard to verify across borders.
  • Companies often learn about an opportunity after it has closed.
  • Directories list names without evidence.

How Wasitra works

From signal to outcome, in five stages.

  1. 01

    Detect demand

Public contract awards are collected and scored by fixed, inspectable rules.

  2. 02

    Verify evidence

Organisations are checked against official registers and their own pages.

  3. 03

    Match supply

Suppliers are ranked, and a person reviews every shortlist.

  4. 04

    Manage the deal

Quotes, introductions and agreements sit in one record. Nothing is sent unapproved.

  5. 05

    Measure the outcome

Each opportunity is followed to a result: won, lost or withdrawn.

Award-derived demand

A contract award is the start of procurement, not the end.

When a large contract is awarded, the winner has to buy equipment, materials and services. Wasitra flags that follow-on procurement early, while suppliers can still be put forward.

Follow-on procurement is labelled anticipated: evidence that buying is likely, not an open tender and not a contract.

Sectors with demand on the record

From the opportunities being tracked. Sectors under research are labelled.

  • Mining and industrial procurement
  • Energy and electrical equipment
  • Water infrastructure
  • Healthcare and laboratory equipment
  • Logistics and warehousing

Verification and confidentiality

A name reaches you only with the evidence behind it.

  • Checked at the sourceAgainst the business register of the country the company is registered in.
  • Its own published pagesA listing written by somebody else is not evidence.
  • Unconfirmed is withheldIf the checks do not hold, its name does not reach a buyer.
  • Identities protectedNo buyer, contact or requirement is ever published.

For buyers

Tell us what you need to source.

What it is, how many, and where it lands. You get a shortlist with the evidence, or an honest answer.

For suppliers and exporters

Be found for requirements you can meet.

Tell us what you make and where you can ship it. We come to you with a requirement, not a mailing list.
